These terms govern your use of eSimAll. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them and to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
eSIM service
Plans are digital connectivity products for compatible, unlocked devices. Coverage, speed, network availability, fair-use rules, validity, activation timing, and supported locations may depend on the selected plan and local network operators. Confirm device compatibility before purchase.
Orders and payment
Prices and plan details shown at checkout apply to that order. Payment must be successfully verified before fulfilment. An order may be rejected, cancelled, or refunded if payment, catalog, fraud, supplier, or fulfilment checks fail.
Installation and use
Keep activation details and QR codes private. Follow the installation instructions and do not install an eSIM on an unintended device. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, resell credentials without permission, or use it unlawfully.
Availability and liability
We work to provide accurate plan information and reliable service, but mobile connectivity depends on third-party networks and suppliers. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, eSimAll is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.
Suspension and changes
We may suspend access to protect customers, the service, or legal compliance. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
