Before activation

After activation or use
Digital connectivity products may become non-returnable after delivery, installation, activation, or consumption, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Payment processing
When a payment provider issues a refund, processing time and return to the original payment method are controlled by that provider.
