Privacy Policy

Effective July 22, 2026

This policy explains how eSimAll handles information when you use its travel-connectivity application and support services.

Information we handle

We handle account and profile details, authentication and session-security data, order and payment-status records, purchased eSIM and installation information, and limited technical diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service. Payment-card details are handled by our payment processor rather than stored by eSimAll.

How we use information

We use information to create and protect accounts, show and fulfil orders, deliver and manage eSIMs, prevent fraud, reconcile payments and supplier fulfilment, comply with law, and improve reliability.

Service providers

We disclose only the information needed to payment processors, eSIM suppliers, hosting and infrastructure providers, authentication providers, and professional advisers that help provide or protect the service. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law.

Your choices and rights

You can update supported profile details or delete your account in the app. Some records may be retained where legally required.

Security and international processing

We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.

Children and changes

The service is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to these practices. We may update this policy and will publish the new effective date here.
